Client service satisfaction surveys

In an effort to further improve client service, WorkplaceNL is now conducting bi-annual client service satisfaction surveys. As part of this, a random sample of injured workers and employers will be contacted in the coming weeks to measure their satisfaction with the service they are receiving from WorkplaceNL. The results of these surveys will be used to develop action plans and make improvements to our client service programs.

If you are an injured worker or employer, you may receive a call about our services from Corporate Research Associates (CRA), an independent research company with an office in Newfoundland and Labrador. Please be assured that if you are selected, you will only be contacted once per year. Your individual responses are completely confidential and will not be provided to WorkplaceNL. We will only receive a report on overall survey results which will also be made public each year. 

If you receive a call from CRA, we would appreciate you taking the time to answer the questions in order to help us serve you better. If you choose not to participate, simply tell the researcher that you are not interested in responding.
